Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Abstracts Lab Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the Clawify service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Clawify you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up (email, name), billing details processed by our payment provider, and operational data needed to deploy and run your agent (such as cloud region and configuration choices). We do not store your cloud provider credentials or AI API keys after a deployment is completed.

How we use information

To create and operate your account, deliver and support the service, process payments, communicate with you about your account or product changes, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements. You can request deletion of personal data subject to those obligations.

Third-party services

Clawify relies on third parties such as cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics providers. Each handles data under their own terms. We choose providers we believe meet reasonable security standards.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is fully secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you we will notify you as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the change.

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clawify, operated by Abstracts Lab Limited. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

The service

Clawify helps you deploy and configure AI agents on third-party infrastructure (such as cloud providers and AI model providers). Those third-party services are subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for outages, charges, or changes from those providers.

Payments

Coins and add-on plans are billed as displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, payments are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once a deployment has been initiated. Care plans may renew on the cadence shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use Clawify to break the law, infringe rights of others, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or run agents that abuse third-party platforms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

Clawify, its branding, and the underlying software are owned by Abstracts Lab Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of the configurations, prompts, and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content as needed to deliver the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
